SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque is always ready for whatever disaster mother nature may bring. In this case Albuquerque received a wonderful rainstorm but that was not true for all. Our customer gave us a call as soon as water began to get into the house and we were ready to go! As it was raining pretty hard, the house did have standing water when we got there. We had to begin the process and trying us the affected areas which was the whole flooring of the house. After the procedure of the drying is done then we moved into reconstructing the floor. Our customer had nothing to worry about while we were getting the job done for them. Thankfully this happened mid day, but keep in mind that we are a 24/7 emergency service!
